Here at TGF, we believe microgreens make everything better. They're incredibly nutrient-dense (they can contain up to 40 times the amount of vitamins and minerals as their mature counterparts), they boost memory and cognitive function, and they help lower the risk of various diseases including cancer, diabetes, heart problems, and more. What's not to love?
Now you can enjoy our farm-grown microgreens all year round. Our salad microgreen mix combines arugula, cabbage, broccoli, kohlrabi, and kale and has a crisp, savory, and subtle peppery flavor. Sprinkle our freeze dried microgreens on pasta, salad, soup, toasts, or any other dish you want to garnish.
All of our freeze dried products retain 97% of the fresh nutrients and boast a 25 year shelf life. You can open and close the jars indefinitely, as long as you don’t leave them open for too long to absorb the ambient humidity in your home.
