We freeze them immediately and then transfer them to the freeze dryers to preserve their flavor and nutritional value long past the end of spooky season. Crush them up and sprinkle over your oatmeal or cereal, add them to batter for muffins or pancakes, or simply enjoy as a crisp, delicious snack.
All of our freeze dried products retain 97% of the fresh nutrients and boast a 25 year shelf life. You can open and close the jars indefinitely, as long as you don’t leave them open for too long to absorb the ambient humidity in your home.
