One of our best-selling items! Enjoy the sweet taste of summer all year round. Our freeze dried cherry tomatoes are harvested right here on the farm and freeze dried at peak freshness to preserve their flavor and nutritional value long after the cold rolls in. Add to soups, stews, and stir frys, use as is as a fun crouton alternative in salads, or crumble up as a topping for eggs, pizza, pasta, and more. That is, if you don't eat them all straight out of the jar as soon as they arrive. You wouldn't be the first ;)
All of our freeze dried products retain 97% of the fresh nutrients and boast a 25 year shelf life. You can open and close the jars indefinitely, as long as you don’t leave them open for too long to absorb the ambient humidity in your home.
